SRX21439122: miRNA of Arctic cod brain: pH 7.9_sample 131
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 89.6M spots, 9G bases, 3.1Gb downloads

Design: miRNA was extracted from whole brain tissues using mirVana (Invitrogen); library preparation was done with Illumina TrueSeq Small RNA library Prep Kits. libraries were multiplexed, clustered on a single lane of a flowcell and loaded on the Illumina HiSeq 4000. The samples were sequenced as 2x150bp Paired End (PE).

Study: MicroRNAs and neurosensory impairment in Arctic cod (Boreogadus saida) following CO2 exposure
show Abstracthide Abstract
We investigated the differential expression of miRNAs in whole brain tissue of Arctic cod (Boregogadus saida) exposed to elevated aqueous CO2 levels representative of future climate change predictions. Our dataset consists of fish exposed to pH 7.2 (n=3) and pH 7.9 (n=3) for four months.
